Coordinator, Accounting - Global Media

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite at an hirify.global office or stadium location

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end accounting cycle for Global Media, including Media Owned and Operated businesses and digital content businesses.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations and support monthly close activities.
• Provide close variance explanations and collect and validate financial data for management reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance and business partners to resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain consistent reporting.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase accounting efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of accounting policies, US GAAP standards, and internal control requirements.
• Minimum 40 hours per week in the office; additional late-night and weekend hours may be required.
• Remote and hybrid working options are not offered.
