Senior Solutions Architect (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis and solution design for complex client implementation programs.
• Oversee onboarding clients to the SaaS platform and ensure solution designs are followed through implementation.
• Work with Sales on early scope definition, discovery, and statements of work.
• Evaluate, standardize, and document investment accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, operations teams, analysts, workstream leads, and program managers to improve the product roadmap and streamline onboarding.
• Guide senior internal and external stakeholders on solution, scope, change management, and implementation decisions.

Requirements

• Awareness of SaaS and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience with complex implementations involving multi-tier architecture.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting, including HGB, Solvency II, IFRS, and general ledger processes.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert, solution architect, program manager, or in a related role.
• Strong documentation, communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with experience engaging senior and executive leaders.
