Social Media Specialist (Pet Insurance)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in the appropriate brand voice.
• Maintain a social content calendar aligned with campaigns, seasonal moments, and educational pet content.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and creators, including deliverables and communications.
• Track and report social and influencer campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Analyze results and support testing and optimization of content formats, messaging, and publishing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts or influencer campaigns, including internships.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social scheduling tools.
• Strong written communication skills, brand-voice awareness, and storytelling ability.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social trends, pets, and storytelling.

Nice to have

• Experience with social analytics platforms, native reporting tools, or Sprout.
