Sr. Manager, Product Development - UGG Footwear (Footwear)

Location: Goleta, California, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance typically three times per week, Tuesday–Thursday

Salary: $137,500–$185,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development execution for women's UGG footwear.
• Set development strategies and standards for fit, comfort, quality, and cost-to-value performance.
• Align USA and Asia product development teams on consistent practices and execution.
• Guide cross-functional decisions, manage critical-path risks, and support commercialization readiness.
• Evaluate design concepts, materials, lasts, tooling, construction approaches, fit, and wear-test results.
• Manage, coach, and develop product developers while setting priorities, allocating resources, and improving processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the footwear industry, including 5+ years in a management role within a global organization.
• Advanced expertise in footwear product creation, specifications, construction, pattern engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience using data and analytics to support product development decisions and solve complex problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
• Proficiency in FPLM or similar PLM systems and development tools such as calipers, durometer, Brannock, and last tools.
