What you will do

• Direct the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents and ensure their emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met.
• Coordinate resident and family care conferences and act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
• Manage nursing and Assisted Living staff, including schedules, daily assignments, communication, and team development.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, service plans, care plans, documentation, orientations, and resident-level-of-care decisions.
• Manage labor costs, supplies, and other items in the clinical budget.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, mandatory reporting, incident follow-up, mock surveys, and required staff training.

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license required, with ongoing CEU and state compliance requirements.
• Experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or hospital setting.
• Experience managing and developing complex teams and handling staff scheduling and care conferences.
• Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to travel to assessment locations when required.
• Availability for 24/7 on-call clinical support.
