Field Operations Supervisor - TIMS (Communications Infrastructure): Leading daily field operations for communications infrastructure construction projects supporting federal, military, and commercial customers with an accent on workforce planning, resource allocation, safety, logistics, and subcontractor coordination. Focus on developing resource-loaded schedules and planning models, resolving field execution issues, and maintaining operational readiness across multiple concurrent projects.
Location: On-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; U.S. citizenship required; no visa support or C2C

What you will do
- Direct daily field operations across multiple communications infrastructure construction projects.
- Coordinate field supervisors, crews, subcontractors, equipment, fleet, materials, and logistics.
- Develop workforce plans, manpower studies, resource forecasts, resource-loaded schedules, and planning dashboards.
- Support estimating, production-rate analysis, constructability reviews, labor planning, and field cost validation.
- Assist senior leadership with operational capacity planning, staffing requirements, execution risks, and growth initiatives.
- Support project startup, mobilization, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance are required.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in business, operations, management, construction, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Typically 3–5 years of field operations, supervisory, or management experience.
- Experience coordinating field activities, staffing, schedules, equipment, materials, workflow, and employee performance.
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, workplace safety procedures, and incident reporting.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel between field locations, work outdoors, and work occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency call-ins.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Active DoD security clearance.
