Sr Analyst, Fund Admin HFS

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $50,160–$75,240 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Analyze tax documentation and related data attributes.
• Prepare and review interim and annual tax reporting deliverables.
• Test technology builds supporting upcoming tax regulations.
• Monitor developments in U.S. and foreign tax law for reporting requirement updates.
• Collaborate with the Tax Manager to review business-as-usual workflow items on schedule.
• Work across Investor Services, Tax, Operations, Accounting, Valuation, and Information Technology.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a financial services firm.
• Accounting or finance degree.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Hedge fund tax or financial services product knowledge.
• Prior experience with tax form reporting.
