hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting operations, software, and charts of accounts for multiple clients.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction posting.
• Coordinate and review month-end reconciliations, including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, accruals, investments, and debt.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, cash flow reports, allocations, and process documentation.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit workpapers, and tax return workpapers.
• Oversee the workflow and quality of Associates and Analysts and support internal audit, due diligence, and system-selection projects.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Experience with account reconciliations, financial statements, and fund administration responsibilities.
