Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; Monday through Friday with varied hours.

What you will do

• Evaluate outpatient and inpatient patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Establish, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment plans focused on functional progress and long-term outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education and adjust communication strategies to support engagement and understanding.
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Complete insurance and third-party payer documentation and collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff.
• Supervise new staff members or affiliating students when assigned while maintaining clinical competency and safe patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong time-management, communication, documentation, physical handling, and clinical judgment skills.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred, typically 1–2 years.

Nice to have

• Graston Technique experience.
• Lymphedema certification.
• Dry needling experience.
