PRN Physical Therapist

Location: Onsite at the Health Center in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States. PRN hours as needed during clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Salary: $48.00–$60.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide physical therapy care to client employees and their dependents.
• Evaluate patients, apply clinical reasoning, and develop individualized treatment plans based on current research and patient values.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, community providers, and other Health Center staff.
• Document and report care while participating in Health Center and patient care meetings.
• Develop injury prevention, health promotion, ergonomics, body mechanics, and workplace wellness programs.
• Participate in continuing competence activities such as peer review and presentations.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient physical therapy clinic or ambulatory care clinic.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is required.
• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy school.
• All state licenses and certifications required to practice, plus a current board certificate where applicable.
• Current CPR/BLS certification with hands-on skills evaluation; fully online courses are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience with cupping or dry needling.
• Participation in grand rounds.
