Warehouse Associate - Edmonton, AB (On-Site)

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; on-site afternoon shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Salary: $22.00 CAD per hour plus applicable afternoon shift premium

What you will do

• Safely operate company equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Move materials between departments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including Bills of Lading and related documentation.
• Process inventory transfers and transactions, complete cycle counts, and use warehouse management and inventory tracking systems.
• Coordinate material requirements with team members and support warehouse projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory tracking, and basic computer tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Experience operating counterbalance, stand-up, Bendi, or similar lift trucks.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and systems through company-provided training.
