Inventory Associate (Afternoon Shift) (SAP)

Location: Guelph, Ontario, Canada; onsite, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Salary: CAD 19.81–29.71 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for inventory issues.
• Process inventory transactions in SAP, including issuing, transferring, adjusting, blocking, and releasing stock.
• Create approvals and documentation for inventory movements, damaged products, returns, quality checks, and recalls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support improvements to inventory control procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with GMP, company procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or a related role is preferred.
• License to operate at least one type of forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, listening, problem-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, work at heights, follow safety procedures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
