Associate II, Market Management (Wine & Beer Supply Chain)

Salary: $62,640–$88,004.80 annually

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for multiple wine and spirit wholesalers in assigned markets.
• Collect and maintain wholesaler cost data and perform cost and deal analysis.
• Create replenishment orders, place purchase orders, and reconcile invoices with POs.
• Manage store in-stock rates and inventory levels.
• Resolve vendor service issues and respond to supplier availability and cost inquiries.
• Prepare wholesaler meeting materials and coordinate promotional activities with internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in buying or supply chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic accounting skills and interest in performing accounting tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, including complex functions, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
