Salary: EUR 65,600–77,900 gross annual, including 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives on the EMEA Supply Chain Transformation Roadmap.
• Contribute to project planning, governance, implementation, and follow-up activities.
• Collect and analyse operational data to establish baselines, generate insights, and support business cases.
• Troubleshoot customer fulfilment issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable process improvements.
• Support KPI reporting, trend analysis, performance reviews, and peak-period coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer fulfilment, planning, operations, continuous improvement, project management, consulting, or a related business function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects, operational improvements, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international and cross-functional environment.
• APICS certification or equivalent.
