Digital Verification Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end verification of complex digital IC blocks and systems.
• Define verification strategies, plans, methodologies, quality standards, and coverage goals.
• Develop and own UVM-based verification environments from specification through verification closure.
• Build and scale verification teams and capabilities while supporting organizational growth.
• Mentor, manage, and develop verification engineers through technical guidance, performance management, and career development.
• Collaborate with RTL design, architecture, and global engineering teams to improve specifications, manage risks, and deliver products on schedule.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital hardware verification.
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, digital design, and verification methodologies.
• Experience developing complex UVM-based verification environments and driving projects from specification through closure.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience and 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to work from the Raanana office 3 days per week and travel occasionally.
