Director - Proprietary Domains (Fintech)

Location: Distributed across sites and time zones, including Tel Aviv and Dubai.

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams of approximately 10–15 Domain Owners and own delivery quality and commercial impact.
• Set technical and product direction across teams and drive specification-led, AI-augmented delivery.
• Review architecture, unblock technical decisions, and connect engineering teams with commercial stakeholders.
• Hire, coach, and retain senior Domain Owners and Team Leads while establishing performance and career-growth standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in R&D and/or Product Management.
• 3+ years leading engineering or product teams, including managing managers.
• Experience building, scaling, and retaining teams that deliver products end to end.
• Strong technical foundation in TypeScript, Node, React, and SQL, with enough depth to review specifications and architecture.
• 2+ years of experience with AI tools and LLM orchestration, plus a clear perspective on AI-augmented delivery.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams across sites and time zones and excellent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Redux or Jest.
• Exposure to regulated payments, reconciliation, or large-scale system migrations.
