Clinical Navigator (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with implementation and customer success teams to design follow-up programs tailored to specific staffing and EHR environments.
• Advise on configuration decisions including worklist setup, letter templates, and outreach cadences.
• Support navigator training and user acceptance testing for new health system go-lives.
• Serve as a clinical resource for customer navigation teams during their initial months of implementation.
• Provide clinical perspective to product requirements, design reviews, and feature prioritization.
• Codify successful follow-up program strategies into playbooks and training materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with availability during US business hours.
• 2+ years of experience in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination.
• Hands-on experience managing follow-up worklists and tracking patients through complex care pathways.
• Proficiency working across EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Willingness to provide direct, specific product feedback and advocate for user experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, small team environment.

Nice to have

• Active or previously held clinical license such as RN or RT(R).
• Familiarity with radiology follow-up guidelines like Fleischner, TI-RADS, or Lung-RADS.
• Experience managing or training other navigators.
• Familiarity with Lung Cancer Screening program requirements and registry reporting.
