Supply Chain Programs & Services Manager

What you will do

• Manage supply chain functions that support strategic initiatives and customer service level agreements.
• Analyze customer forecasts and trends using Manufacturing Resource Planning concepts to support planning and purchasing decisions.
• Prepare forecast models and assess requirements with customers, suppliers, and Sales stakeholders.
• Apply inventory management practices to evaluate inventory levels and aging.
• Set up and maintain customer and supplier programs, including part profiles, new parts, end-of-life transitions, and model changes.
• Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers to improve supply chain processes, profitability, sales enablement, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, concepts, practices, techniques, and standards in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to develop solutions, evaluate complex situations, and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to collaborate with management, department members, Sales, suppliers, customers, and other organizational stakeholders.
