Implementation Analyst (Graduate Role)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients onto the investment management platform.
• Configure and deploy tailored solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver client training and provide guidance throughout the implementation journey.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve client queries, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Align client goals with project plans, track delivery milestones, and escalate risks and issues.
• Explain the platform’s value and capabilities to clients with confidence.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Recent graduate or degree holder in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, science, computer science, or another relevant STEM discipline.
• Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills.
• Confidence communicating with clients and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Solid Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
