What you will do

  • Manage residential and master plan community projects from inception through completion within approved budgets and schedules.
  • Use AutoCAD and related software to deliver site planning and design assignments according to established quality standards.
  • Provide digital visualization, GIS mapping, story mapping, 3D rendering, and presentation solutions across planning, design, and construction documentation phases.
  • Develop and guide drone-based and story-mapping procedures for construction and post-construction monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits, drone surveys, desktop surveys, GIS mapping, site walks, and 3D camera work.
  • Direct Design Project Managers on workload, schedules, and tasks while supporting proposals and firmwide digital visualization standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or Environmental Sciences.
  • At least five years of experience in master planning and site design for single-family and multi-family developments.
  • Experience with grading and drainage design, water, sewer and utility coordination, topographic analysis, and stormwater management.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design using LEED and SITES standards.
  • Required credentials: Registered Landscape Architect license, LEED for Neighborhood Development, FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License, and Esri Technical Certification.
