Analyst I, Exports Logistics (Import/Export Logistics): Managing import/export operations, shipment schedules, customer pickup planning, customs documentation, and logistics process transitions with an accent on process excellence, service governance, and supply chain cost improvement. Focus on coordinating capacity and payload planning, resolving lead-time and MOQ issues, and performing root cause analysis to implement operational solutions.

What you will do
- Manage import and export logistics operations and establish process routines focused on operational excellence.
- Support process transitions, guide floor teams during implementation, and drive change management.
- Lead KPI service reviews and governance meetings to identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage sailing schedules, customer pickup planning, order movement, shipment volumes, and available network capacity.
- Coordinate solutions for expediting, lead-time reduction, and MOQ-related customer requirements.
- Facilitate customs clearance documentation, document control, prioritization, and root cause analysis for operational issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, especially export operations.
- Knowledge of international logistics, shipping operations, and related documentation.
- Hands-on working style, customer-centric approach, and bias toward action.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English communication is required.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of OTM and SAP interfaces.
