Analyst II, Global GBS- Supply Planning

Location: Ahmedabad, India — Venus Stratum GCC; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Manage production planning and finite scheduling with plant teams to support inventory, service, and cost objectives.
• Manage finished-goods inventory, identify risks of CFR cuts, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain CFR above 98%.
• Collaborate with business units, plant teams, demand planning, and logistics to resolve supply issues and deliver results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, supply chain cost optimization, and business process initiatives.
• Coordinate product listings, delistings, and withdrawals with Marketing and stakeholders to minimize write-offs.
• Own the resolution of high-priority customer escalations and supply issues.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain and business operations.
• Supply chain experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bias toward action, willingness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
