Cost Manager (Data Centre Construction)

Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims.
• Resolve commercial, change-order, and contract issues.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims, to help clients achieve value from completed works.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Participate in tender and bid processes, from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and clear communication of variations.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
