Student Worker - Cost Management & Planning

What you will do

• Support Offshore Sales calculations by reviewing basic key assumptions and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for the sales calculation tool for the Offshore business unit.
• Improve instructions and checklists by connecting project teams with Sales Calculation Governance.
• Update sales calculation tool content and assist with software development and implementation of new deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to calculation activities, guidelines, and SGRE calculation logic.
• Track project-related data and maintain status lists and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance & International Business, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, macros, and VBA programming.
• Proficiency in Danish and English is required.
• Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Organized, proactive, independent, and comfortable in a busy work environment.
