What you will do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing, packaging, and production-line equipment.
• Control machinery and production processes according to established procedures.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues, quality concerns, and safety risks.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
• Complete production records and follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Participate in cleaning, sanitation, basic maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed work instructions.

• Teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, packaging, food, ingredients, chemical, or related environments.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices or similar quality standards.
• Forklift or other industrial equipment certification.
• Experience with automated production systems and continuous improvement.
