Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

Location: Onsite at the Groton, Connecticut, USA manufacturing site; candidates must live within a commutable distance of Groton.

Salary: USD 18–30 per hour

What you will do

• Generate, assist with, and execute manufacturing documentation, including batch documents, log books, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and quality tracking systems.
• Convert incoming raw materials into intermediate products and process intermediate bulk into final patient-ready presentations.
• Set up and operate complex manufacturing equipment while managing generated documentation.
• Operate and maintain classified manufacturing spaces and perform operator care tasks on manufacturing equipment.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Own and lead continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer, scientific, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Groton and wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, respirators, and protective suits.

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
