Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA

Salary: $22–$23.50 per hour, plus a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% and a 401(k) match of up to 8%.

What you will do

  • Assemble electronic controller units and sub-assemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Program printed circuit boards by loading firmware and software configurations.
  • Inspect components and completed assemblies for visual and structural defects.
  • Test electronic circuits and controller units with multimeters and functional test fixtures.
  • Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics during production.
  • Document test results and report recurring production issues to supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience assembling electronic components, circuit boards, or controller units is preferred.
  • Basic soldering skills and experience using hand tools.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Familiarity with PCBs, firmware loading, software configurations, and electronic testing.
  • Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving ability, and consistent adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Nice to have

  • Technical training in electronics, electrical systems, or a related field.
  • Experience using a multimeter and other basic electronic testing equipment.
