AI Engineer

Location: Wuxi, China

Salary: RMB 10,000–15,000 per month

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable AI models and model infrastructure.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and build APIs for model consumption.
• Deploy multimodal AI systems with software and data engineers using MLOps practices.
• Implement inference systems for internal process optimization and contribute to production-ready multi-agent systems.
• Optimize model performance for cost, accuracy, and speed while troubleshooting production issues.
• Implement AI quality checks, validation, error handling, data governance, and security controls.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Python, SQL, Git, AI use-case analysis, and Microsoft Fabric or Azure Cloud skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, creativity, and strong AI engineering fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience in another engineering discipline.
• Intermediate MLOps skills with Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning, and monitoring systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of an additional major language.
