TL;DR
Manager I, AI & Automation (Azure/Generative AI): Leading and scaling enterprise AI and intelligent automation capabilities across APAC with an accent on Azure architecture, secure deployment, governance, and business adoption. Focus on designing AI solutions with Azure OpenAI, AI Search, machine learning, data platforms, and Power Platform while establishing MLOps, responsible AI, and reusable enterprise patterns.

What you will do
- Define and execute the APAC AI and intelligent automation roadmap in alignment with global IT strategy and business priorities.
- Adopt, localize, and scale enterprise AI solutions across knowledge management, customer operations, and process automation.
- Lead the secure and compliant adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and enterprise AI services.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Establish AI enablement programs, including training, workshops, and agent-builder communities.
- Represent APAC IT in the Global AI Governance Council and measure the business value, adoption, and risk posture of AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise, and Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of generative AI, large language models, prompting, embeddings, RAG patterns, machine learning lifecycles, MLOps, data engineering, API integration, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience delivering AI use cases with measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI principles, data privacy, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Typically 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Experience in global or federated IT organizations.
- Stakeholder engagement and change-management experience.
- Background in enterprise architecture, solution design, or digital transformation.
