Seasonal Production Assistant

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium is required. Remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Salary: $23.75–$26 per hour

hirify.global is a professional sports organization with a media design group producing content for hirify.global segments, shows, and platforms.

What you will do

• Support the hirify.global Media Design Group from development through delivery.
• Work with internal production teams, producers, and managers on daily assignments.
• Source footage and imagery from the hirify.global library.
• Use internal hirify.global tools and software to support content production.
• Prepare hirify.global imagery in Photoshop for design projects.
• Follow production schedules, meet tight deadlines, and assist with special projects.

Requirements

• Prior experience or education in video and content production.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week for seven months with a flexible schedule, including potential weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of football and the professional sports industry.
• Experience with After Effects or other Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Experience with Figma and ClickUp.
