Media and Digital Manager

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day media and digital implementation with local marketing teams across EPDM markets, excluding the UK.
• Coordinate productivity initiatives with internal stakeholders and Carat and Kitchen agency partners.
• Support media brief development for Germany, BLX, and the Nordics.
• Lead media audits across EPDM markets, with primary focus on Germany.
• Coordinate always-on social activity with Kitchen and Carat teams using Smartly.
• Collect market feedback, develop a test-and-learn agenda, and support implementation of AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading media and digital implementation across multiple markets.
• Experience collaborating with local marketing teams, agencies, and external media stakeholders.
• Ability to develop media briefs and coordinate campaign messages across digital and media channels.
• Experience with media audits, social media activity, and capability-building or training initiatives.
• Must be based in Germany while working from home.
