Working Student Social Media & Community

Location: Berlin, hybrid. After probation, remote work from within Europe is available for up to 40 days per year.

hirify.global and fotograf.de provide SaaS-based e-commerce and workflow platforms that help professional volume photographers manage photos, client communication, ordering, and payments.

What you will do

• Create, schedule, publish, and adapt campaign content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Support the Facebook community by answering routine questions, welcoming members, and keeping discussions active.
• Identify complex product questions and route them to the appropriate internal experts.
• Use internal AI tools to draft replies and locate relevant help-center resources while maintaining a human brand voice.
• Assist with smaller marketing tasks and German-language content in collaboration with the Community & Education Manager.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university with at least one year of study remaining, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong reliability, self-organization, and clear, fast written communication.
• Fluent German and strong professional English.
• Practical understanding of Facebook and Instagram, including adapting content for different audiences and formats.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Previous working student experience in marketing or social media.
