Account Manager (Digital Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day campaign delivery and provide support to the wider account team.
• Build client relationships, manage expectations, and act as the daily contact for assigned workstreams.
• Lead project management across the campaign lifecycle and review deliverables for quality and innovation.
• Identify risks, issues, process improvements, and organic growth opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing, budgets, reconciliation, and communication of financial risks.
• Line-manage up to one team member and support their career development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in an equivalent role.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and deep knowledge of digital media.
• Thorough understanding of campaign-level financial management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and availability for the hybrid London-based arrangement.
