Marketing Management DACH - Internship (Digital Marketing)

Location: Berlin, Germany — hybrid, with remote work allowed two days per week

hirify.global and Readly provide access to thousands of magazines and newspapers through a digital content platform, working with more than 1,200 publishers.

What you will do

• Support the planning, setup, and execution of local marketing campaigns in the German market across podcasts, influencers, advertorials, and other channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets, creative briefs, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Write and localize copy for newsletters, push notifications, landing pages, and local social media channels.
• Analyze reading data, channel performance metrics, trial sign-ups, and landing page traffic.
• Maintain a marketing roadmap and prepare campaign reports, recaps, dashboards, and presentations.
• Research competitors, pricing, advertising creatives, influencers, podcast sponsorships, affiliate partners, and DACH market trends.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related subject.
• Must be enrolled at a university and required to complete a mandatory internship of at least four months.
• Native-level German fluency with strong copywriting skills and strong written and spoken English.
• Pragmatic, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and interested in digital growth and media.
• Comfortable working with numbers and tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Curiosity about marketing trends and media consumption habits.
