Location: Onsite at the HQ in Port Washington, New York, USA

Salary: $69,000–$137,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate banking activities, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and financing support.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPI reporting tools, and supporting schedules.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data visibility and support reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Finance.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Strong communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• English and Korean language skills.
