What you will do
- Lead financial management operations, ERP modernization, audit readiness, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contractor representative for program execution, performance, schedules, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide GFEBS-SA implementation, sustainment, integration, and optimization.
- Partner with government leaders to assess operational challenges and risks and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate system enhancements, change management, training, and financial management strategy development.
- Analyze program performance and prepare executive briefings, reports, findings, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business management, or a related field, or a current CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM certification.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or the ability to obtain it as required.
- 8–10 years of Department of Defense financial management experience.
- 5+ years of GFEBS/GFEBS-SA experience, including at least one year supporting GFEBS-SA.
- 2–3 years supporting Special Operations Forces or sensitive activities environments.
- Experience managing complex programs, teams, schedules, and deliverables, with strong knowledge of DoD financial processes, ERP systems, audit readiness, and business transformation.
