Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; Workplace: On-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-value programs through strategic planning, execution planning, scheduling, production, integration, and customer delivery.
• Manage program performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, contractual, and financial objectives.
• Act as the primary customer interface for strategic programs, leading program reviews, executive briefings, milestone reviews, and contractual discussions.
• Lead integrated teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development.
• Evaluate risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and business impacts while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Develop program management frameworks, governance processes, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of program management, customer relationship management, integrated product development, and operational execution.
• Expertise in lifecycle management, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, contract execution, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Experience with program and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Primavera.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
