Senior Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing - Walmart (Retail)

Location: Rogers, AR, United States. Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations.

Base salary: $120,800–$151,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Provide shopper marketing leadership and serve as a key contact for the Walmart sales team, Walmart Connect, and Walmart merchants.
• Manage and report on the Walmart pantry marketing budget while improving related processes.
• Lead annual planning for key marketing activations across in-store and online retail channels.
• Partner with business unit and central marketing teams to develop shopper programs aligned with customer, sales, and brand objectives.
• Brief agency teams and internal partners, define success criteria, and adapt strategies using real-time performance data.
• Develop selling tools, strengthen communication routines, and tailor brand strategies to improve sales, market share, and ROI at Walmart.

Requirements

• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry or a similar field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong background in sales, finance, category planning, and/or analytics.
• Strong oral and written communication, reporting, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, summarize complex information for leadership, and influence appropriate action.
• Experience building internal and external relationships and coordinating strategic vision in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; knowledge of retailers and broker environments.
