Marketing Specialist - Kroger Customer Team

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; onsite

Salary: $69,300–$96,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Create and manage retail media campaigns in Kroger’s systems.
• Secure legal, sports partnership, and final creative approvals and coordinate asset delivery with agencies.
• Track campaign launch timelines and obtain final campaign analyses for performance monitoring.
• Create custom in-store displays and coordinate artwork adaptations with agencies and brand teams.
• Manage Kroger marketing budgets, supplier relationships, budget trackers, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customer partners to support growth and store conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with budget management and operational coordination.
• Ability to manage quick timelines and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
