Senior Manager, TikTok Shop/Marketplace (E-commerce)

Salary: $91,000–$172,000 annual

What you will do

• Own TikTok Shop revenue, profitability, GMV, and overall business performance.
• Develop growth strategies and promotional plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Identify assortment opportunities that improve conversion, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Manage Shop Ads, GMV Max campaigns, affiliate incentives, creator amplification, and paid media investments.
• Build scalable creator and affiliate programs and collaborate with marketing and creative teams on commerce campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and present growth opportunities and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop, creator-led commerce, social commerce channels, or marketplace businesses.
• Proven experience driving revenue through creators, affiliates, promotions, and paid media.
• Strong knowledge of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and social commerce practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
• Bachelor of Science degree and English proficiency required.
