TikTok Shop Leader (E-commerce)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and brand talkability on TikTok Shop.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across communications, IT, media, design, finance, and product supply.
• Align TikTok Shop assortment and growth strategies with brand leaders and category objectives.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify channel and consumer insights.
• Test innovative content and conversion tactics, then scale effective approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DTC, marketplace, or e-commerce growth roles.
• 1–2 years of hands-on, verifiable experience scaling a TikTok Shop or DTC program.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
• Passion for digital, data, and AI capabilities that support business growth.
