E-Commerce Marketplace Growth Manager (Amazon)

Engineering and design company hiring for an e-commerce marketplace growth role.

What you will do

• Manage and grow Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop.
• Develop channel-specific growth strategies and manage Amazon PPC and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, keywords, images, A+ Content, storefronts, and product pages.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, search rankings, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, profitability, and competitor activity.
• Manage promotions, coupons, deals, product launches, bundles, seasonal campaigns, and TikTok Shop creator and affiliate opportunities.
• Forecast inventory, coordinate replenishment and warehouse operations, monitor account health and catalog compliance, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon.
• Strong experience with Amazon PPC, listing optimization, marketplace SEO, and analytics.
• Data-driven approach with a proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and marketplace operations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple marketplace channels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop.
