Inventory Associate (12-month contract, Mon-Fri 12:00 - 8:30 pm)

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm–8:30 pm

Salary: CAD $19.81–$29.71 per hour, plus a $1 per hour afternoon-shift premium

What you will do

• Conduct cycle counts, verify inventory accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for inventory variances.
• Use SAP ERP for issuing, transferring, adjusting, blocking, and releasing inventory.
• Create approvals for inventory movements and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues, including damaged, returned, recalled, or quality-controlled products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following GMP and company procedures.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation.
• Ability to use SAP ERP and Microsoft Office for inventory-related work.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Ability to follow inventory control policies, regulatory requirements, GMP, and safety protocols.
• Canadians and permanent residents are given priority.
