Equipment Inventory Clerk - Part-Time

Location: Edmonton, AB, Canada; onsite yard work required

Salary: CAD 18.42–23.03 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment and other assets across receiving, storage, release, reconciliation, and sale cycles.
• Identify and label equipment using make, model, serial numbers, and seller reference numbers.
• Safely operate vehicles to move and store equipment while promoting safety requirements throughout the yard.
• Support customers delivering or collecting equipment and respond to inventory-related questions.
• Process TDG, BOL, ESQ, delivery tickets, customs paperwork, and records in internal applications.
• Assist with reporting on SLAs and KPIs and follow established inventory processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Clear communication with customers, suppliers, team members, and management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics for inventory calculations, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round, climb on and off large equipment trucks, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
