Production Control Clerk (Packaging Manufacturing)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; onsite at a Menasha Packaging site or customer location

Salary: CAD 44,000–50,000 annually

What you will do

• Prepare, organize, and distribute work packets, job dockets, picklists, and production labels for current and next shifts.
• Coordinate production control activities with scheduling, production, floor leads, and supervisors.
• Move or create materials in SAP and perform computer functions in the Warehouse Management System.
• Process production information, merchandise, attendance data, and job reports through required systems.
• Enter QT9 nonconformances, create nonconformance paperwork, and support safety documentation.
• Review samples and pictures for approval while supporting food safety, quality, HACCP, and GMP requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of related warehouse production experience or training.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to multitask, plan production activities, interpret written and verbal instructions, and communicate effectively across roles.
• Ability to perform required computer, warehouse management, and production reporting functions.
