M365 Specialist (Microsoft 365)

Location: Fully remote in the United Kingdom with occasional travel to client sites

Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum

What you will do

• Act as a technical specialist across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, and Copilot.
• Implement Microsoft 365 best-practice frameworks and governance models.
• Configure security and compliance capabilities, including Defender for Office 365, Purview Information Protection, DLP, and retention policies.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, user-focused Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives and stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and Copilot innovations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, information protection, and risk management.
• Expertise with Microsoft Commercial Incentives, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot in enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting secure Microsoft 365 and identity solutions across complex organisations.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to achieving MS-102, SC-300, and SC-401 certifications.
