Senior IT Project Technician

What you will do

• Design, test, and maintain deployment packages for software, drivers, and desktop configurations.
• Own the Microsoft Intune environment, including device provisioning, compliance policies, application deployment, and reporting.
• Build PowerShell scripts and lightweight tools for onboarding, patching, and software updates.
• Identify support workflow friction and co-develop fixes that improve speed and reliability.
• Document deployment and automation procedures and provide hands-on training for new tools.
• Evaluate Microsoft endpoint technologies while maintaining security and compliance alignment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint management, or IT operations.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including compliance policies, application deployment, provisioning, and reporting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting ability for end-to-end workflow automation.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment tools such as PDQ Deploy, Ivanti, or SCCM.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS deployment and imaging.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
