Instrumentation & Digital Acquisition System (DAS) Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Establish, configure, and maintain data acquisition systems for test-bench activities.
• Integrate data acquisition systems with data management and analysis environments.
• Define and implement instrumentation solutions for mechanical and electrical test rigs.
• Plan, execute, and document measurement and data collection activities.
• Troubleshoot and continuously improve instrumentation and acquisition systems within the Iron Bird Test Facility.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale or distributed data acquisition systems.
• Background in instrumentation, measurement systems, or flight-test environments.
• Strong understanding of measurement theory and data acquisition principles.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independence, and ownership.
• Fluent English required; the role is onsite in Switzerland.
