Production Engineering Specialist (80-100%) f/m/d

Location: Hybrid role based in Quartino, Ticino, Switzerland

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment performance, cycle times, and work instructions.
• Drive improvement projects while maintaining agreed timelines, quality standards, and costs.
• Manage process and product changes, including work instructions, engineering change notices, process design approval, and final testing.
• Support process and equipment start-up, define action plans, and train maintenance and production teams.
• Evaluate new process technologies, lead testing, and support provider selection to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations and production-line activities.
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD systems; CREO and/or SolidWorks are required.
• Proactive, collaborative, responsible, and solution-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering results.
• Fluent English is required.
