Specialist WMS System Administrator (Manhattan SCALE)

Location: Onsite at the HQ in Port Washington, New York, United States; travel to warehouse and distribution center locations as needed.

Salary: USD 21.50–39.75 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and monitor the Manhattan SCALE WMS.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and upgrade SAP, WMS, WES, and other warehouse software systems.
• Analyze Manhattan SCALE WMS and Bastian Exacta WES systems and support warehouse application operations.
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into user stories, business requirements, and design specifications.
• Provide first-line technical assistance, remote troubleshooting, and issue resolution for employees.
• Support warehouse and distribution center operations, implementations, testing, and user assistance, including travel to operating locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant WMS system maintenance or industry experience.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS and Bastian automation systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse application system operations and SAP ERP operations, including SAP ABAP and SAP Sales and Distribution.
• Proficient or fluent English and Korean required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, strategic thinking, execution, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
